RedazioneDornika is a Tehran born and Berlin based artist, singer/songwriter, rapper and music producer. Also known in the vibrant Berlin queer underground by her drag persona, Many Faced Godx, she is as versatile with her sound as she is with her looks, defying genre as well as gender expectations.
Released June 2023, her latest EP is Revolution; a four-track release which perfectly encapsulates the range of her output, from house and US garage to soaring electronic pop and gritty experimental electronica. These tracks are highly personal, diverse, and all touch on topics of body autonomy, migration, healing generational trauma and the ongoing revolution in her native Iran.
“The track I wanted to pitch is “Chase Me” – a dark, distorted electronic cut that’s reminiscent of artists like Sevdaliza and early FKA Twigs”, says Dornika.
